Experienced Arizona attorneys and legal professionals who bring sharp judgment, real dedication, and a genuine commitment to getting your matters resolved, without the runaround.

Nikki Salgat is an Arizona real estate attorney at Stratman Law Firm whose practice centers on the legal challenges that brokerages, real estate agents, and homeowner associations face every day, transactions, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. Known for listening first and spotting the real issues early, Nikki brings a calm, practical approach to matters that can often feel complicated or unclear, translating complex legal requirements into workable processes, clear guidance, and confident decisions.
With more than a decade of in-house and private practice experience, Nikki has built a reputation as one of Arizona's most knowledgeable real estate legal professionals. Her background is unusually comprehensive, she has worked from both inside the industry and alongside it, giving her a perspective on Arizona real estate law that most attorneys simply cannot offer.
Before joining Stratman Law Firm, Nikki spent more than nine years as in-house counsel for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, ultimately serving as General Counsel. During that time, she advised REALTORS® across Arizona on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, helped draft the widely used residential resale contract forms that Arizona real estate professionals rely on every day, and oversaw Professional Standards and risk management for the state's largest real estate trade association. Her work included participating in work groups that drafted and updated Arizona's core real estate contract forms, contributing research, issue-spotting, and proposed language that shaped the documents now used throughout the industry.
Earlier in her career, Nikki worked as both a paralegal and associate attorney at Mack, Watson & Stratman, building a foundational knowledge of real estate law from the ground up before stepping into one of the most influential in-house legal roles in Arizona's real estate industry.
At Stratman Law Firm, Nikki works directly with real estate brokerages, agents, and homeowner associations on transactions, brokerage compliance, contract disputes, and HOA matters, including collections of delinquent assessments, lien enforcement, and covenant enforcement. She is regularly brought in when situations feel messy or unclear, and consistently leaves clients with a clearer picture of their options, a workable plan, and the confidence to move forward.
